4. Subscription & Billing

Month-to-Month Billing

All LSSR Digital plans are billed on a month-to-month basis.

No long-term contracts

No minimum commitment

Cancel anytime

Billing occurs in advance for each monthly period.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing

Access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle

No refunds for partial months unless otherwise stated

Cancellation can be completed through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed

Promotional guarantees or refund offers may apply only if explicitly disclosed

Any advertised money-back guarantee will supersede this section when applicable.

7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

Violate any laws or regulations

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or messaging laws

Upload malicious code or harmful content

Harass, abuse, or misrepresent others

You are solely responsible for compliance with all communication laws applicable to your business.

8. Communications Tools Disclaimer

LSSR Digital provides communication tools only.

You are responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from contacts

Message content

Frequency and delivery practices

LSSR Digital is not responsible for fines, penalties, or violations resulting from user activity.

9. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data.

By using the Services, you grant LSSR Digital a limited license to store, process, and transmit data solely for providing the Services.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers including:

SMS and voice carriers

Email delivery services

Payment processors

Analytics tools

LSSR Digital is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or service interruptions.

11. Platform Availability

Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may occasionally impact availability.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior

Create risk to the platform or other users

Termination does not relieve payment obligations already incurred.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, and materials are the property of LSSR Digital, LLC.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LSSR Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSSR Digital from any claims arising from:

Your use of the platform

Your communications and marketing practices

Your violation of laws or regulations

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
